Executive Relationship Manager​/KSA

An Executive Relationship Manager manages the bank’s most significant and strategic corporate relationships in Saudi Arabia. The role focuses on driving significant revenue and wallet-share growth, and leading complex corporate transactions across the bank’s product suite.

• Own and deepen strategic relationships with major corporate and institutional clients.
• Act as a trusted strategic advisor to C-suite executives and senior decision-makers.
• Develop comprehensive client and sector strategies.
• Drive significant revenue, profitability and wallet-share growth.
• Originate new strategic relationships and major business opportunities.
• Lead complex lending, structured finance, trade, cash management and treasury transactions.
• Lead high-value negotiations, pitches and strategic client discussions.
• Coordinate complex transactions across Credit, Risk, Treasury and product teams.
• Maintain strong oversight of portfolio quality, profitability, exposure and risk.
• Identify opportunities across the client’s wider group and regional/international operations.
• Leverage the bank’s broader product capabilities and network to deliver integrated solutions.
• Provide senior management with market intelligence, pipeline updates and strategic opportunities.
• Represent the bank at senior client and market-level meetings.
• Ensure strict adherence to SAMA, regulatory, legal, compliance and internal risk requirements.
• Mentor senior relationship managers and contribute to the development of the Corporate Banking franchise.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business or related field; postgraduate qualification preferred.
• Minimum 10–15 years of experience in the banking sector
  , including extensive experience in Corporate/Commercial Banking, strategic relationship management, complex transactions and executive-level client coverage, preferably with a leading Saudi, regional or international bank operating in KSA.
• Extensive corporate banking, credit and financial-analysis expertise.
• Proven track record managing major strategic corporate relationships.
• Demonstrated ability to generate significant revenue and wallet-share growth.
• Excellent executive-level negotiation, influencing and presentation skills.
• Strong knowledge of the Saudi economy, sectors and corporate landscape.
• Strong understanding of SAMA requirements and regulatory environment.
• Exceptional commercial judgment and risk awareness.
• Excellent leadership and stakeholder-management skills.
