Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the company’s financial strategy to align with overall business goals.
• Lead the budgeting and forecasting processes to ensure accuracy and performance tracking.
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to the CEO and senior management for strategic decision-making.
• Formulate long‑term financial models and financial risk management strategies.
• Oversee the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and standards for financial reporting (e.g., GAAP, IFRS).
• Monitor financial performance by analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) and preparing financial reports for the executive team and board.
• Conduct profitability analysis and cash flow projections to support growth initiatives.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate financial risks to the organization.
• Ensure compliance with local, national, and international financial regulations.
• Manage relationships with external auditors, ensuring annual audits are carried out in compliance with industry standards.
• Oversee corporate governance and internal controls, ensuring all financial practices are legally compliant.
• Lead capital‑raising activities including debt, equity financing, and maintaining investor relations.
• Ensure effective cash flow management and working capital optimization.
• Analyze and recommend appropriate capital structures for long‑term growth and sustainability.

• Provide leadership to the finance and accounting teams to optimize the financial performance of the company.
• Establish and maintain effective processes and systems for accounting, budgeting, and financial forecasting.
• Develop financial operational efficiencies to support overall company objectives.

• Communicate financial performance, strategy, and key developments to investors, stakeholders, and the board of directors.
• Collaborate with senior leadership on acquisitions, mergers, and partnerships.
• Lead financial due diligence during M&A transactions or strategic investments.
• Build and manage a high‑performing finance team.
• Mentor and develop finance staff, ensuring there is succession planning and ongoing professional development.
• Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement within the finance team.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Master’s degree (MBA) preferred.
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation is a plus.
• Minimum 10+ years of progressive experience in financial leadership roles.
• Proven experience with financial modeling, analysis, and forecasting.
• Strong knowledge of corporate finance, regulatory frameworks, and accounting standards.
• Expertise in financial software and ERP systems.
• Strong leadership, communication, and decision‑making skills.

• Strategic thinking and high‑level financial acumen.
• Expertise in risk management, capital structuring, and compliance.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate complex financial matters to non‑financial stakeholders.
