Tamheer Trainee – Finance

We are seeking a motivated Trainee to join our Finance team. This opportunity is designed for recent graduates looking to gain practical experience in corporate treasury, cash management and financial reporting within a dynamic and fast-paced organization.

The trainee will work closely with experienced finance professionals, supporting daily treasury activities while developing a strong understanding of treasury operations, financial controls, and corporate finance best practices.

• Support daily cash management and liquidity monitoring activities.
• Assist in preparing cash flow forecasts and treasury reports.
• Coordinate with banks on routine banking transactions and account administration.
• Support payment processing while ensuring compliance with internal policies and approval workflows.
• Reconcile bank statements and investigate discrepancies.
• Maintain treasury records, documentation, and banking files.
• Assist with foreign exchange transactions and bank guarantees, when applicable.
• Support month-end closing activities related to treasury.
• Prepare reports and presentations for the finance team as required.
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives and treasury automation projects.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, financial controls, and regulatory requirements.

• Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and integrity.
• Eagerness to learn and develop within a corporate finance environment.
