Financial Manager

A leading company is seeking to hire an experienced Financial Manager to join its team in Riyadh
. The ideal candidate will have 8–15 years of solid experience in finance and the ability to lead financial operations efficiently.

• Oversee the financial department and ensure full compliance with accounting policies and procedures.
• Prepare annual budgets, financial forecasts, and variance analysis.
• Manage cash flow and ensure adequate liquidity for operational needs.
• Prepare financial statements and periodic reports for senior management.
• Monitor expenses, control costs, and enhance financial efficiency.
• Supervise general ledger activities, accounts payable/receivable, and procurement‑related financial processes.
• Manage relationships with banks, auditors, and financial institutions.
• Develop and enhance financial systems to ensure accuracy and timely reporting.
• Lead the finance team, assign tasks, evaluate performance, and support staff development.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and local regulatory requirements.
• Support decision‑making through financial analysis and strategic recommendations.
• Participate in strategic planning and assess financial risks.

• 8–15 years of experience in finance or accounting.
• Proven experience in managing financial teams and operations.
• Strong skills in financial reporting and analysis.
• Solid knowledge of accounting standards and local regulations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and decision‑making skills.
• Professional certifications such as CPA, CMA, or equivalent are preferred.
