One of our clients are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Financial Analyst to join our client’s investment team. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting in-depth equity research, analyzing financial performance, evaluating investment opportunities, and providing actionable insights to support investment decisions and portfolio management.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct comprehensive equity research and financial analysis of listed companies and potential investment opportunities.
- Develop and maintain financial models, including forecasting, valuation, and scenario analysis.
- Analyze financial statements, market trends, industry developments, and company fundamentals.
- Prepare detailed investment research reports, financial presentations, and recommendations for senior management and investment committees.
- Perform valuation methodologies, including discounted cash flow (DCF), comparable company analysis, and precedent transactions.
- Monitor portfolio performance, market developments, and key financial indicators.
- Identify investment risks, opportunities, and factors that may impact company valuations.
- Collaborate with investment, finance, and senior management teams to support strategic decision-making.
- Ensure research and analysis comply with applicable regulatory requirements and internal investment policies.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. A Master’s degree or CFA qualification is preferred.
- Minimum 10 years of relevant professional experience in financial analysis, equity research, investment banking, asset management, or a related field.
- Strong specialization in equity research and fundamental financial analysis.
- Proven experience in financial modeling, company valuation, and investment research.
- Strong knowledge of financial markets, investment products, and industry analysis.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and report-writing skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
