Job Title: Financial Crime Compliance Risk Manager
Group: Compliance
Location: Riyadh
Working Hours: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (Sunday to Thursday)
Core Responsibilities:- Ensure that work is completed in accordance with established procedures and standards. produce MI as required.
- Manages FCC risk and control environment and tracks the closures
- Ensures that final capabilities are put among the bank, to prevent money laundering and sanctions breaches.
- Sets risk appetite, supporting the lines of business FCC teams in interpretation of policy, oversight of FCC riskexposure for specific functions,
- Establishes and coordinates the implementation of projects related to improvement of financial crime risk management through the application of more efficient and effective systems and processes.
- Provides require assessments related to Financial Crime risks.
- Submit require annual reports.
- Ensures the successful implementation of SAMA regulations related to FCC policies and programmers.
- Conduct every 2 years’ assessment of FCC risks (EWARA) to facilitates the assessment of inherent Anti-Money Laundering (AML), Sanctions and Anti-Bribery and corruption.
- (AB&C) risks, and the effectiveness of the current controls designed to mitigate those risks, and the level ofunmitigated risk.
- Proactively assist management in identifying and containing FCC risk.
- To undertake regular monitoring of FCC activities, to check compliance with all relevant rules, laws and regulations and local internal procedures. Produce concise reports in a timely manner and follow upimplementation of all recommendations
- Ensure that controls are in place to mitigate the risks.
- Ensure the Risk and Control Assessment is completed accurately in line with Global Standards
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Law, Accounting, Business Administration or any other relevant field.
- Around 5 years of experience with preferred 3 years in a relevant role.
- Prior experience in compliance and investigation & interrogation /OPS/Business/risk
