Opportunity to continue to grow the business in Saudi Arabia, a market which is experiencing significant growth and has a lot of untapped potential. We opened our office over 2 years ago and now have over 10 investment bankers in Riyadh and with plans to continue expanding. Whilst the role will be based in Riyadh, the business is operated as a single Middle Eastern platform and therefore you will be working on mandates with the Dubai office as well as the Riyadh office.

• Work on multiple transactions and with multiple project teams simultaneously on all critical aspects of transactions, ranging from client development and initial opportunity evaluation to transaction strategy and execution;
• Develop and maintain standard or bespoke financial models;
• Use a range of valuation techniques to support client advice, including discounted cash flows, trading comparables analysis, transaction comparables analysis, and LBO-based valuations;
• Coordinate and support teams in the preparation of marketing and transaction documentation including client presentations, information memoranda, offering documents;
• Work on Equity Capital Markets transactions, including IPOs Seek to identify new business opportunities for Rothschild & Co and new ideas for our clients that advance their strategic objectives;
• Coordinate and support the project team in coordinating all aspects of transactions, both internally and in coordination with other advisers;
• Research relevant industries to support the team’s transaction initiatives, optimising various sources of information;
• Supervise junior team members.

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher Chartered Accountant / CFA (preferred)
