Job Summary

Our client isseeking a friendly and experienced Bank Teller to join their team. As a Bank Teller, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing transactions, and performing various banking tasks.

• 1. Greet customers, answer questions, and provide assistance with banking transactions.
• 2. Process deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and other transactions accurately and efficiently.
• 3. Handle cash, count and reconcile cash drawers, and maintain accurate records.
• 4. Assist customers with account openings, closures, and updates.
• 5. Promote and sell bank products and services to customers.
• 6. Ensure compliance with bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• 7. Manage cash inventory, order cash, and perform cash-related tasks.

• 1. High School Diploma or Equivalent
• 2. Previous experience as a bank teller or in a related field
• 3. Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
• 4. Ability to provide exceptional customer service
• 5. Basic math skills for accurate and efficient processing of transactions
• 6. Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy and compliance
