- Systems & Process Improvement Sets and executes the systems and process improvement strategy for finance. Defines process governance. Drives finance transformation. Accountable for process efficiency
- Reporting & Business Partnering Sets and executes the financial reporting and business partnering strategy. Defines reporting governance. Drives finance-business alignment. Accountable for insight quality
