Finance Manager

Urbas Middle East is looking for an experienced Finance Manager to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This opportunity is ideal for finance professionals with a solid background in real estate development or the construction industry who can oversee financial operations and contribute to the company's strategic growth.

The successful candidate will manage budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, cash flow, and project cost control while ensuring compliance with Saudi financial regulations. Strong analytical skills, ERP system experience, and advanced Excel proficiency are essential for this position.

• Oversee budgeting, financial planning, and forecasting activities.
• Manage cash flow, financial reporting, and project cost control.
• Ensure compliance with IFRS, VAT, Zakat, and Saudi financial regulations.
• Prepare accurate financial reports to support business decisions.
• Utilize ERP systems and advanced Excel for financial analysis and reporting.
• Work closely with management to improve financial performance and operational efficiency.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 8–10 years of experience in Finance & Accounting.
• Proven experience within the Real Estate Development or Construction sector.
• Strong knowledge of:
  • Budgeting, financial forecasting, and cash-flow management.
  • Financial reporting and project cost control.
  • IFRS, VAT, Zakat, Saudi financial regulations, ERP systems, and advanced Excel.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Professional certifications such as SOCPA, CMA, CPA, or ACCA will be considered an advantage. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. Preferred: SOCPA, CMA, CPA, or ACCA.
