Job Summary The Risk Management Associate will be responsible for monitoring the financial and asset position of margin clients and the firm'smargin portfolios across KSA, UAE, Kuwait, and OLT.
Job Role
- Conduct margin calls with clients who exceed theacceptable margin percentage.
- Calculate client margin interest and compare it withcommissions generated on a monthly basis.
- Prepare monthly reports related to margin changes orwaivers.
- Handle credit assessment and suitability reports.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports for local regulators and exchanges.
- Assist in approving OLT products and new structuredproducts for trading.
- Create and update margin securities lists.
- Ensure compliance with applicable AML/CTF rules and regulations.
- Respond to AML, CTF, and sanctions-related inquiries in atimely manner.
- Complete all relevant AML/CTF training within the required timelines.
- Perform any other tasks required within the general scopeof the department.
What are we looking for
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance,Economics, or a related discipline.
- 3–5 years of experience in a similar role
- Experience in Capital Markets or Brokerage Firms.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Good command of Arabic and English.
- Good written, verbal, and listening communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize assignments and requests.
- Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy.
- Ability to identify problems and eliminate complex issues when required.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
