About the RoleBurraq Partners is hiring two Compliance & Fund Administration professionals for one of its clients in the Financial Services / Asset Management sector in KSA. These roles focus on investment fund compliance, fund administration, and asset management regulatory requirements, in line with CMA and SAMA regulations.
Key Responsibilities- Ensure compliance with CMA, SAMA, and applicable Saudi regulatory requirements related to Asset Management and Investment Funds.
- Implement and monitor compliance policies, procedures, and internal control frameworks.
- Manage fund administration activities, including investor onboarding, subscriptions, redemptions, and NAV review.
- Review fund documentation, Information Memorandums, and regulatory filings.
- Monitor and ensure AML, KYC, and CFT compliance.
- Liaise with regulators, auditors, custodians, fund administrators, and external service providers.
- Support regulatory inspections, internal audits, and compliance reporting.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Law, or Business
- 4–6 years of experience in Compliance & Fund Administration
- Industry: Financial Services & Asset Management
- Valid Transferable Iqama in KSA required
