Responsibilities:

• Updating policies and procedures: Periodic review to ensure that risk classification models are consistent with regulatory policies and requirements.
• Form inventory management: Maintaining the accuracy and up-to-dateness of all bank risk classification forms.
• Data quality monitoring: Monitoring data quality and performance rates on a quarterly basis.
• Periodic verification of forms: Conducting quarterly and annual reviews in accordance with approved policies.
• Change management: Obtaining internal approvals and ensuring that modifications comply with policies.
• Operational problem solving: Supporting users and resolving problems related to forms.
• Updating internal models: Maintaining and updating the facility classification model in accordance with organizational changes.
• Supporting model development: Contributing to the development and implementation of new models and facilitating their application.
• Coordination with Information Technology: Monitoring and resolving technical issues to ensure system continuity.
• Model factor maintenance: Updating components and factors, including internal and industry databases.
• Suggesting improvements: Analyzing the results of the internal audit and providing recommendations to management.
• Providing credit data: Preparing and submitting data to the credit bureau when needed.

Practical experience:

• At least 4 years of experience in developing or managing risk classification models or related fields.
• Advanced expertise in designing, calibrating and applying risk classification models for individual and corporate portfolios.
• A strong understanding of risk analysis models, dashboards, and associated performance indicators.
• Proficiency in model validation techniques such as backtesting, benchmarking, and performance monitoring according to Basel standards.
• The ability to track model performance indicators, including overshoot rates, discrimination metrics, and data quality.
• Knowledge of internal classification systems, facility classification models, and mechanisms for updating them in accordance with regulatory changes.
• A comprehensive understanding of the risk governance framework and internal control mechanisms.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel, with skills in VBA programming.
• Strong financial and analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and turn it into actionable recommendations.
• Practical experience in analytical and statistical tools such as R, SQL, and SAS.
• Business acumen and extensive experience in financial modeling.
• Project management skills include planning, organizing, and executing efficiently.
• In-depth knowledge of the standards of the Basel II and III agreements.

Academic qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in finance, risk management, statistics, or economics.
