Reports to:

Accounting Manager / Finance Director

• Manage daily cash and bank operations, including bank reconciliations, fund transfers, and maintaining optimal cash positions across accounts. Ensure accurate and timely processing of payments (local, international, salaries, suppliers). Monitor bank charges and interest to ensure compliance with agreed terms.

• Act as the key point of contact with banks for all operational matters. Prepare required documentation for facility applications (overdrafts, LGs, LCs, term loans, etc.). Monitor and track utilization of credit facilities and ensure alignment with facility agreements. Ensure timely renewal of facilities and compliance with covenants and reporting requirements. Reconcile and track Letter of Guarantees (LGs), Letters of Credit (LCs), and other instruments issued or received.

• Prepare weekly and monthly cash flow forecasts and variance analyses. Analyze working capital requirements and propose funding strategies. Report cash positions and treasury KPIs to management regularly. Coordinate with the AP and AR teams to ensure efficient cash cycle management.

• Ensure all treasury-related transactions comply with internal controls, audit requirements, and regulatory policies. Maintain up-to-date documentation for bank mandates and signatories. Support internal and external audits related to treasury matters.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance.
• 4-6 years of experience in treasury and banking, preferably in project-based or trading environments.
• Strong understanding of banking instruments, credit facilities, and cash management.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills with financial institutions.
• High proficiency in Excel, cash flow modeling, and ERP systems (Dynamics AX or similar preferred).
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive, analytical mindset.
