Senior Relationship Manager, Private Wealth (VP/ Director) | Riyadh

We are pleased to support a CMA licensed asset manager in Riyadh who are hiring into their wealth management team. The firm is boutique in size, which means genuine ownership of your client book and direct access to decision makers rather than a seat in a large coverage team.

Covering high net worth and ultra high net worth individuals and family offices across the Kingdom. The mandate is growth, so this is a business development hire first: bringing new client relationships and investment assets to the firm, and deepening what is already there.

• Eight years or more in wealth management, private banking or investment advisory, with a client book of your own rather than coverage of someone else's.
• Real capital markets knowledge. You should be comfortable discussing TASI, equity and fixed income markets, and current market conditions with a sophisticated client.
• Exposure to a broad product shelf, including private equity, funds, discretionary portfolio management and alternatives. Experience limited to deposits, treasury products or domestic cash management will not be a fit.
• International exposure, whether through working on a global platform, covering clients with offshore requirements, or advising on international products alongside Saudi ones.
• CMA licensing. CME-1 as a minimum, CME-4 strongly preferred.
• Fluent Arabic and strong professional English, both to a standard where you can present to clients in either.
• Based in Saudi

A corporate or institutional coverage role, and not a retail or affluent banking role. The clients are individuals and families, and the measure of success is net new money.
