Group Chief Financial Officer

We are conducting a confidential search for a Group CFO on behalf of an established organisation with a diverse portfolio of businesses.

This is a senior leadership opportunity for an experienced CFO to shape group financial strategy, oversee financial performance and support long-term business objectives. The successful candidate will partner closely with executive leadership, bringing commercial judgement, financial discipline and a strategic perspective. The Group CFO will provide leadership across the finance function, ensuring effective financial planning, reporting, governance and capital management at group and business level.

• Develop and lead the group's financial strategy in line with its business objectives.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting and performance management.
• Provide clear financial insight and advice to executive leadership.
• Lead cash flow planning, treasury activities and capital allocation.
• Evaluate investment opportunities and support major commercial decisions.
• Strengthen financial controls, risk management and governance.
• Ensure compliance with applicable financial, regulatory and reporting requirements.
• Improve finance processes, systems and management information.
• Lead and develop finance teams, building capability and accountability across the group.
• Work with business leaders to improve financial performance and support sustainable growth.

• A minimum of 25 years of progressive experience in finance.
• Currently operating at CFO level, with responsibility for financial strategy and senior finance leadership.
• Experience overseeing finance across multiple businesses or a complex organisation.
• A relevant degree in finance, accounting or a related discipline.
• A recognised professional accounting qualification is preferred.

• A strong track record in financial planning, treasury, governance and capital management.
• Proven experience in Saudi Arabia, with a strong track record of managing relationships with Saudi banks and securing financing facilities.
• Experience advising executive leadership on strategic and commercial matters.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate financial information into clear business decisions.
• Proven leadership skills, with experience developing and managing senior finance teams.
• Sound judgement, professional integrity and discretion.

The position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Candidates should be based in Riyadh or willing to relocate.
