Collector, Finance & Banking

We are looking for a detail-oriented Collector to manage customer receivables, follow up on overdue payments, negotiate payment arrangements, and ensure timely debt recovery in line with company policies.

• Monitor customer accounts and follow up on overdue payments.
• Contact customers through calls, emails, and visits to collect outstanding balances.
• Negotiate payment terms and settlement plans within company guidelines.
• Prepare collection reports and receivables aging analysis.
• Maintain accurate collection records and payment documentation.
• Coordinate with Finance to resolve billing discrepancies.
• Escalate overdue or high-risk accounts when necessary.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and applicable regulations.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in Collections or Accounts Receivable.
• Experience in retail or commercial collections is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of ERP or financial systems is an advantage.
• Strong negotiation, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• High attention to detail, integrity, and accountability.
