Credit Control & Receivables Officer

Sindal Trading Co is looking for an experienced Credit Control & Receivables Officer to manage overdue customer accounts across its branches in Saudi Arabia. The role involves contacting customers, negotiating payment commitments, monitoring receivables aging, conducting customer visits when required, coordinating with sales and accounts teams, and escalating persistent overdue cases to management. The successful candidate will help reduce overdue balances, improve cash flow, and ensure compliance with approved credit terms.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Previous experience in credit control, accounts receivable, debt collection, or B2B collections.
• Excellent Arabic communication, negotiation, and customer follow-up skills.
• Strong knowledge of overdue invoices, receivables aging, customer statements, and payment reconciliation.
• Good Microsoft Excel skills and familiarity with ERP or accounting systems.
• Ability to prepare daily collection reports, prioritise high-risk accounts, and meet collection targets.
• Professional, persistent, and diplomatic approach to customer payment recovery.
• Willingness to visit customers and travel to company branches when required.
