Mergers and Acquisitions Director

We are seeking a high-caliber M&A Director to serve as the firm's most senior Corporate Finance professional based in Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in expanding our market presence, deepening C-suite relationships, originating strategic transactions, and helping build a leading M&A franchise in Saudi Arabia.

• Well-established network across Saudi Arabia's corporate, government, sovereign wealth, family business, and investment communities.
• Trusted advisor to senior executives, shareholders, and decision-makers.
• Strong understanding of Saudi Arabia's business landscape and Vision 2030 agenda.

• 10-15+ years of experience in M&A, investment banking, private equity, corporate finance, or transaction advisory.
• Demonstrable track record of originating and executing successful transactions.
• Experienced in advising clients on acquisitions, divestments, capital raises, joint ventures, and strategic transactions.

• Native or fluent Arabic speaker with excellent English communication skills.
• Collaborative, team-oriented leader who contributes to the success of the broader platform.
• Strong commercial instincts and business development capability.
• Entrepreneurial, energetic, and highly motivated to build a franchise rather than simply manage a portfolio.
• Possesses the ambition, resilience, and "hunger in the belly" to earn admission to the partnership over time.
