We are seeking an experienced and results driven Investment Manager to oversee and develop the Group’s investment portfolio, identify and evaluate new investment opportunities, and provide strategic recommendations to support investment decisions and maximize long‑term value.
Key Responsibilities- Manage, monitor, and optimize the Group’s existing investment portfolio, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Proactively identify, source, and evaluate new investment opportunities across different sectors and markets.
- Conduct financial analysis, investment valuations, feasibility studies, and due diligence to assess potential investments.
- Develop and implement investment strategies and annual investment plans aligned with the Group’s objectives.
- Prepare and present investment proposals, performance reports, and strategic recommendations to senior management and the Board of Directors.
- Evaluate potential investment acquisitions, follow‑on investments, and exit opportunities.
- Monitor market trends, economic developments, and industry opportunities to support informed investment decisions.
- Coordinate with finance, legal teams, external advisors, and investment partners throughout the investment process.
- Support investment negotiations, transaction execution, and closing activities.
- Ensure investment activities comply with internal governance policies, risk management frameworks, and applicable regulations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Investment, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in investment management, portfolio management, private equity, asset management, or corporate finance.
- Strong knowledge of financial modeling, investment valuation, financial analysis, and due diligence.
- Demonstrated ability to identify investment opportunities and assess financial and commercial risks.
- Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, negotiation, and decision‑making skills.
- Proficiency in Arabic and English is preferred.
