Finance Manager Finance Manager – Real Estate Role
Purpose:
The Finance Manager is responsible for leading and managing the company’s financial function at an executive-operational level, ensuring financial integrity, liquidity, compliance, and effective financial support for real estate investments, developments, and income-generating assets.
Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer, the role plays a critical part in financial decision-making, business planning, and safeguarding the company’s financial position.
- Budgeting, Forecasting & Business Planning
- Cash Flow, Treasury & Banking
- Authority & Decision-Making
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
- 8–12 years of progressive experience in finance and accounting.
- At least 3–5 years in a senior or managerial finance role.
- Strong experience within real estate, property development, or asset management environments.
- Proven ability to work closely with executive management.
