Fractional CFO — Part-Time

RELA provides end-to-end workforce accommodation solutions in Saudi Arabia, combining accommodation sourcing, property management, operations, and a digital platform that supports the client experience.

We are looking for an experienced finance leader to work with the CEO on expansion, funding, and capital allocation. The Fractional CFO will lead financial planning and reporting while working closely with those responsible for day-to-day accounting. The scope and time commitment will be agreed during the hiring process.

• Build an integrated financial model connecting occupancy, pricing, operating costs, and growth plans.
• Prepare cash flow forecasts, budgets, and variance analyses.
• Assess profitability by property, contract, and bed, including break-even occupancy and investment payback periods.
• Evaluate expansion opportunities and test scenarios involving delayed occupancy, collections, and changing costs.
• Identify funding requirements, assess financing options, and support negotiations with funding providers.
• Prepare management and investor reports and support financial due diligence.
• Strengthen financial controls and review data quality and periodic financial closing with the accounting function.

• At least 8 years of finance experience, including financial leadership or advanced financial planning and analysis.
• Demonstrated experience in financial modelling, cash management, and supporting business growth.
• A practical understanding of operational businesses, contracts, capital expenditure, and operating costs.
• Ability to translate financial analysis into clear, actionable recommendations.
• Professional proficiency in Arabic and English and familiarity with the Saudi business environment.
• Experience in real estate, hospitality, or facilities management is preferred.
• Relevant professional qualifications, such as SOCPA, CPA, ACCA, or CMA, are preferred.
