Job Description:

We are seeking a Tender Specialist to join the Business Development Department – Government Sector
. The role is responsible for managing government tenders and Requests for Quotation (RFQ) end‑to‑end, from opportunity identification and analysis to submission and follow‑up, in full compliance with government regulations and procedures.

• Search and monitor relevant government tenders and RFQs.
• Analyze tender and RFQ requirements, including technical, financial, and compliance aspects.
• Prepare and submit complete technical and financial proposals.
• Handle submissions through Etimad and government vendor platforms.
• Manage tender and RFQ submissions through SAP‑based government systems when applicable.
• Follow up on clarifications, updates, and award results.
• Maintain organized and accurate tender and RFQ records.

• Proven experience in government tenders and RFQs.
• Hands‑on experience with the Etimad platform and government vendor portals.
• Experience submitting tenders and RFQs through SAP government systems.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet strict deadlines.
• Ability to manage the full tender cycle independently.
• The candidate must have previous work samples, including completed technical and financial proposal documents.
