Product Analyst - Licensing

Responsibilities

• Support the periodic review of criteria, fees, and the process for registration to SCA.
• Assist in defining a comprehensive list of registered contractors’ benefits and facilitate relevant approvals at SCA for rollout.
• Handle the registration process by reviewing applications and preparing recommendations on their status.
• Provide guidance and support on inquiries related to the registration process to all relevant stakeholders.
• Collect and analyze customer feedback related to the registration process in collaboration with the Customer Service Department.
• Coordinate with Regional Offices on contractor registration and licensing matters, ensuring proper handling of contractor queries.

Contractors Licensing:

• Assist in defining licensing and classification criteria for contractors, ensuring alignment with best practices and facilitating relevant approvals at SCA for rollout.
• Prepare and maintain documentation required for licensing and classification, in accordance with government requirements.
• Review licensing criteria, requirements, and processes periodically, and propose updates as appropriate.
• Support the certification process for contractor licensing and classification, ensuring data accuracy and adherence to SCA criteria.
• Liaise with Industry Development to ensure contractor ratings and recommendations are reflected in the licensing and classification process.
• Identify key stakeholders involved in licensing and classification and maintain productive working relationships with them.
• Collaborate with Business Technology to communicate relevant IT requirements supporting SCA’s licensing and classification systems.
• Coordinate with Marketing and Communication to share licensing and classification instructions with contractors.
• Provide assistance and guidance to Regional Offices on licensing and classification procedures and handling contractor inquiries.

About you: The ideal candidate must have a bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, with at least 1 year of related experience.
