Team GDC ME is looking for an experienced Program Analyst / Contracts Advisor in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, to support Foreign Military Sales (FMS) programs. The successful candidate will provide strategic guidance, ensure compliance with U.S. Government regulations, and improve program outcomes. Candidates should have a master's degree and at least 15 years of U.S. Government contracting experience, including direct FMS involvement.

Excellent communication skills and familiarity with FAR are also required.
