Job Summary

We are seeking a Property Administrator to manage government property accountability and lifecycle activities. The ideal candidate will have experience in property management within a government or defense environment and will ensure compliance with applicable regulations and organizational procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage property lifecycle functions including acquisition, identification, maintenance, accountability, and recordkeeping.
  • Maintain accurate records of RSLFAC Furnished Property in compliance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and internal procedures.
  • Coordinate with purchasing, contracts, export control, and other departments to validate property records.
  • Provide subject matter expertise on property management processes, including receiving, issuing, inventories, and disposition.
  • Process Lost, Theft, Damaged, and Destroyed (LTDD) reports.
  • Support Property Management System Audits (PMSAs) and implement corrective action plans as required.
  • Maintain knowledge of property management practices, including storage, movement, utilization, and close‑out processes.
  • Utilize automated property management systems for tracking and reporting.
Minimum Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field highly desired.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in government property management or a related field.
  • Experience working with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) requirements.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong communication skills (oral and written).
  • Fluent in English.
  • Ability to read, write, speak, and understand Arabic (required).
Medical Examination

Candidates must successfully complete all mandatory medical examinations required to obtain employment.

Criminal Record

To qualify for a Saudi Work Visa, candidates must have a clean criminal record with no prior convictions, as specified by the Saudi Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

Drug and Alcohol Testing

Candidates must pass a drug test to be considered for employment. Additionally, our program enforces a random drug and alcohol testing policy. Employees will be subject to periodic testing to maintain adherence to our workplace standards and safety regulations.

Compliance with Saudi Labor Law

All employment terms and conditions will be in accordance with Saudi Labor Law. Candidates must be prepared to adhere to these regulations throughout their employment.
