Overview

Our client is a private‑sector organisation working closely with government entities on national‑scale initiatives. Government partnerships are central to the organisation's growth strategy.

The Executive Director will lead engagement with government stakeholders and public‑sector partners. This role will manage strategic relationships, joint initiatives, and long‑term collaboration frameworks.

A key focus will be aligning business objectives with national priorities and regulatory expectations. The Director will support licensing, approvals, and policy navigation. This role will also advise leadership on public‑sector strategy and risk. High discretion and credibility are required.

Candidates must have senior experience in government relations, public‑private partnerships, or regulated environments. Strong understanding of Saudi public‑sector dynamics is essential.

The ideal candidate demonstrates diplomacy, influence, and strategic thinking. Arabic fluency is highly preferred.
