Executive Director – Government Partnerships

Job Description

Our client is a private-sector organisation working closely with government entities on national-scale initiatives. Government partnerships are central to the organisation’s growth strategy.

The Executive Director will lead engagement with government stakeholders and public-sector partners. This role will manage strategic relationships, joint initiatives, and long-term collaboration frameworks. A key focus will be aligning business objectives with national priorities and regulatory expectations. The Director will support licensing, approvals, and policy navigation. This role will also advise leadership on public-sector strategy and risk. High discretion and credibility are required.

Candidates must have senior experience in government relations, public-private partnerships, or regulated environments. Strong understanding of Saudi public-sector dynamics is essential. The ideal candidate demonstrates diplomacy, influence, and strategic thinking. Arabic fluency is highly preferred. Experience representing organisations at senior government levels is critical.
