Responsible for managing all government-related transactions and administrative affairs, ensuring compliance with relevant authorities and regulations.

• Issue and renew company licenses and official permits
• Handle vehicle documentation (registrations, insurance, driving authorizations)
• Manage contracts and track key dates and payments
• Liaise with government entities and complete all required transactions
• Process attestations and approvals through relevant authorities (Chamber of Commerce, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, etc.)
• Manage government platforms (Qiwa, Absher, Muqeem, etc.)
• Handle telecom, internet, and service requests from branches
• Prepare monthly reports and maintain organized records (physical & digital)
• Support additional government-related tasks as needed

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Experience dealing with Saudi government entities and e-portals
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure
• Attention to detail
