Senior Specialist , Grants

To support the team in overseeing the Grants activities, in order to ensure the delivery of EF's mandates and identify improvement opportunities that will contribute to the Grants program success and delivery.

• Responsibilities & Accountabilities :

-Support in overseeing the development, implementation, and management of grants programs.

-Help out in evaluating the effectiveness of these programs, creating adjustments to maximize impact.

-Help in the Collaboration with relevant entities to ensure alignment of these initiatives with the national environmental strategy.

-Support in Fostering relationships and partnerships with other government and private entities to leverage resources and enhance the effectiveness of grants programs.

-Support in the Execution of the products of the grants programs and activate EF partnerships.

-Propose improvements to the Grants Department's policies and ensure the implementation of procedures and controls across all areas of activity so that all relevant procedural/ legislative requirements are fulfilled while delivering high quality and cost-effective results in collaboration with organizational excellence team

-Contribute to the design and implementation of the Strategy and Partnerships Division's strategy and roadmap by providing function-specific inputs.

-Help the Grants Dept. team following the day-to-day activities to ensure compliance with stipulated policies and procedures.

General Accountabilities Support the team in building and maintaining solid relations with external stakeholders.

• Job Requirements:

- Education :

A bachelor's degree in Business, Industrial Engineering, Project Management, or equivalent is required.

- Years of experience :

Minimum of 2 years of experience in Grants and Incentives or any relevant experience.

- Skills :

Market Research and Intelligence, Information Systems Knowledge, Privatization Strategy Review and Execution, Quality Oriented, Rules and Regulations, Data Analysis and Reporting.
