- Overall workstream lead for the development and implementation of statutory planning control architecture for Qiddiya city
- Translation and adoption of City Framework Plan masterplans into coherent and connected city-wide planning system
- Lead the expansion of the role of the permitting activities to support the QIC Group, including into operational permits and licenses
- Optimize current interfaces with government stakeholders to manage permitting within Qiddiya through MOUs, SLAs, etc
- Define future permitting and licensing responsibilities for Qiddiya City
- Design systems / processes for future permitting responsibilities
- Design an overall Technology roadmap for Qiddiya City to manage regulatory ecosystems
- Implement tech stack and digital systems for critical services

- Required Competencies:
- Strategic leadership and organizational transformation.
- Expertise in statutory planning, development control, and urban governance.
- Strong knowledge of permitting, licensing, and regulatory frameworks.
- Government stakeholder engagement and partnership management
- Governance, policy development, and regulatory compliance.
- Business process design and operational optimization
- Bachelor s degree in Urban Planning, Architecture, Engineering, Public Policy, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Master s degree in Urban Planning, Public Administration, Business Administration (MBA), or a related discipline preferred.
- Minimum of 15+ years of relevant experience in urban planning, permitting, regulatory affairs, or city development, with significant leadership experience
