Job Title
Government Relations Officer
Job ScopeThe Government Relations Officer is accountable for handling all activities related to visa applications work permits and renewals cancellations for all employees and their respective dependents S He maintains contacts with embassies and UAE authorities for various legal documents licenses and other related applications
Main Duties and Responsibilities- Obtain new employment visas and work permits for all employees
- Renew and cancel residence permits and visas
- Facilitate the renewal of passports for employees and dependents
- Represent the company at different offices including embassies police station ministries municipalities and other government departments for legal and other related documents
- Administer licenses and tax remittances with various UAE governmental authorities for the company and its affiliates
- Advice the company and its employees on all visa formalities inquiries and governmental related procedures
- Maintain accurate records and an updated filing system
- Stay abreast of latest updates information and law amendments and communicate to concerned as and when necessary
- Education:
High School Diploma - Experience:
At least 3 years of relevant experience
