Government Relations Officer

We are looking for an experienced Government Relations Officer (GRO) to join our team in Saudi Arabia.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing government-related processes, employee documentation, and regulatory requirements while ensuring timely completion of transactions and full compliance with applicable regulations.

• Manage government transactions related to employees, including Iqama issuance, renewal, transfer, exit/re-entry, final exit, and work permits
  .

• Handle transactions through government platforms such as Qiwa, Muqeem, Mudad, GOSI, Absher Business
  , and other relevant portals.

• Process employee sponsorship transfers and related documentation.

• Monitor the validity and expiry dates of Iqamas, work permits, visas, and other government documents.

• Coordinate with HR, Payroll, Finance, and Operations teams regarding employee and government-related requirements.

• Maintain accurate records of government transactions, payments, supporting documents, and employee information.

• Follow up with relevant government authorities when required.

• Ensure transactions are completed accurately and within the required timelines.

• Stay updated on changes in Saudi labor, immigration, and government regulations.

• Support client-related government relations activities and employee administration when required.
