• Lead and mentor the spa therapy team to deliver consistent, high‑quality treatments and exceptional guest service.
• Maintain treatment protocols, service sequencing, and therapy techniques aligned with luxury spa standards.
• Perform a range of professional spa treatments while ensuring guest comfort, safety, and personalized care.
• Conduct regular treatment quality audits including room readiness, consultation quality, therapy techniques, and service flow.
• Support spa operations through therapist scheduling, shift planning, and workload distribution.
• Train and onboard new therapists on spa procedures, hygiene standards, treatment protocols, and service etiquette.
• Maintain therapist training records, skill assessments, and development plans to improve team performance.
• Review guest feedback and service recovery cases to improve service quality and prevent recurring issues.
• Manage spa inventory levels including treatment products and retail items while minimizing waste and shortages.
• Ensure spa treatment rooms, equipment, and facilities meet luxury hospitality cleanliness and operational standards.
• Coordinate with departments such as housekeeping, engineering, food and beverage, and front office to ensure seamless guest experiences.
• Enforce strict health, hygiene, and infection control standards across spa operations.
• Promote spa retail and wellness services through professional consultation and ethical product recommendations.
• Protect guest privacy and maintain professional confidentiality at all times.

• Professional certification or diploma in massage therapy, beauty therapy, or spa therapy from an accredited institution.
• Three to five years of professional spa therapy experience with leadership or senior therapist responsibilities.
• Previous experience in luxury hotel spas, wellness resorts, or high‑end spa environments is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of spa treatment techniques, contraindications, and guest safety practices.
• Leadership ability with a coaching mindset to develop therapists and maintain service standards.
• Excellent guest service skills with a calm, professional, and solution‑oriented approach.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for team management and guest interaction.
• Organized and adaptable with the ability to manage multiple operational priorities.
• High standards of hygiene discipline and knowledge of spa sanitation protocols.
