Senior Spa Therapist

Responsibilities

• Perform a wide range of professional spa treatments including massages, facials, and body therapies.
• Ensure all treatments are delivered according to spa standards and established treatment protocols.
• Maintain a high level of guest care and ensure exceptional guest satisfaction during treatments.
• Conduct guest consultations to recommend appropriate spa treatments and wellness services.
• Ensure treatment rooms are properly prepared, cleaned, and fully equipped before each treatment.
• Maintain high standards of hygiene, sanitation, and safety in treatment areas.
• Promote spa retail products and provide recommendations to guests following treatments.
• Assist the Spa Manager in supervising spa therapists and maintaining service quality.
• Provide guidance and support to junior therapists to maintain treatment standards.
• Monitor treatment schedules and ensure smooth spa operations.
• Handle guest concerns professionally and ensure timely resolution.
• Maintain accurate records of treatments and guest preferences.
• Ensure spa equipment and products are used properly and report any maintenance issues.
• Support spa promotions, wellness programs, and special spa events.
• Ensure compliance with spa policies, procedures, and health and safety standards.
• Participate in spa training programs and continuous professional development.

• Certified Spa Therapy, Massage Therapy, or Beauty Therapy qualification.

• Professional spa certifications are required.
• Strong knowledge of spa treatments, massage techniques, and wellness therapies.
• Excellent guest service and communication skills.
• Ability to mentor and support junior therapists.
• Strong attention to detail and service quality.
• Professional presentation and positive attitude.
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
