Skincare Specialist

The role focuses on improving clients’ skin health and appearance by providing expert advice and guidance on daily skincare routines while maintaining high standards of quality, hygiene, and customer care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess clients’ skin conditions and identify skincare concerns and needs.
• Perform skincare treatments such as cleansing, moisturizing, exfoliation, and other facial services.
• Provide personalized skincare consultations and recommend suitable routines.
• Educate clients on proper product usage and home skincare practices.
• Monitor treatment results and update skincare plans when needed.
• Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and sterilization of tools and work areas.
• Deliver an excellent client experience and ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Stay updated on the latest skincare techniques, products, and industry trends.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Skincare Specialist or in a similar skincare/aesthetic role.
• Professional training or certification in skincare, beauty therapy, or aesthetics.
• Strong knowledge of skin types, common skin concerns, and skincare products.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
