The Nail Technician
- Spa Services will deliver professional nail care treatments while maintaining guest comfort, hygiene, product knowledge, and service timing throughout the day. This role requires technical nail care skills, a valid nail technician license, careful guest assessment, clean treatment areas, sterilized tools, and a service approach that reflects luxury spa standards. The selected candidate will help create a relaxing and polished spa experience by providing safe treatments, helpful aftercare advice, and thoughtful guest interaction.

• Provide nail care services including manicures, pedicures, nail grooming, polishing, and related spa salon treatments.
• Assess guest needs before each service and confirm preferences, comfort level, and treatment expectations.
• Ask about contraindications and examine skin, hair, or nails to evaluate condition, appearance, and suitability for the scheduled service.
• Advise guests on proper nail care, skin care, hair care, and suitable product use where relevant.
• Demonstrate, promote, and sell spa and salon retail products according to guest needs.
• Answer guest questions about spa services, property information, facilities, and amenities.
• Escort guests to and from treatment rooms with professional and courteous service.
• Check with guests during the treatment to ensure continued comfort and satisfaction.
• Monitor the daily schedule and complete services within assigned treatment times.
• Clean, maintain, and sterilize tools, equipment, and service materials according to hygiene standards.
• Maintain cleanliness of the workstation, nail area, and treatment room throughout the shift.
• Dispose of trash, used supplies, and dirty linens in the proper designated areas.
• Secure supplies, products, tools, and equipment at the end of each shift.
• Maintain current licensure in the required nail technician service area.
• Report accidents, injuries, unsafe work conditions, equipment issues, or hygiene concerns to the manager.
• Complete required safety training and certifications as assigned.
• Follow company policies, safety procedures, security rules, grooming standards, and confidentiality requirements.
• Welcome and acknowledge guests according to hotel standards with genuine appreciation.
• Anticipate and address guest service needs, including support for individuals with disabilities.
• Speak clearly and professionally with guests, supervisors, and colleagues.
• Develop positive working relationships and support smooth spa team operations.
• Comply with quality assurance expectations, hygiene standards, and luxury service procedures.
• Reach, bend, twist, pull, stoop, grasp, turn, and handle tools or supplies of varying size and weight during treatments.
• Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 10 pounds without assistance.
• Perform additional reasonable duties requested by supervisors to support spa and guest service operations.

• Technical, trade, or vocational school degree in nail care, beauty therapy, spa services, cosmetology, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of related work experience as a Nail Technician, Manicurist, Pedicurist, Spa Therapist,…
