The Barber role at Narcissus Hotel and Residence, Riyadh, is a full-time, on-site position in the Riyadh Region. The Barber will provide professional hair cutting, styling, and grooming services to guests, ensuring high standards of hygiene, comfort, and customer service. Daily tasks include consulting with guests to understand their preferences, performing haircuts, trims, shaves, and basic hair care treatments, and recommending suitable products and styles.

The Barber will maintain a clean, organized workstation, follow health and safety guidelines, and collaborate with the wellness and hospitality teams to deliver a consistent luxury experience. The role also involves managing appointment schedules, supporting guest retention, and contributing to the hotel's image of refinement and excellence.

• Candidates should possess strong Barbering and Hair Cutting skills, with proven experience in a barbershop, salon, or hospitality environment.
• Candidates should possess Hair Styling and Hair Care skills, including the ability to recommend and perform styles and treatments suitable for different hair types.
• Candidates should possess foundational Cosmetology knowledge, including basic grooming, hygiene, and safe use of tools and products.
• Relevant certification or vocational training in barbering or hairdressing is preferred.
• Strong customer service skills, professional appearance, and the ability to communicate clearly with a diverse guest base.
• Ability to work flexible hours, stand for extended periods, and follow strict health and safety protocols.
• Experience in luxury hospitality or high-end grooming environments is an advantage.
