Application Specialist

The Application Specialist will work in highly complex healthcare sector environments requiring multi‑product solutions as well as product integration and custom solutions. Responsible for delivering a service advising clients on how to use Health Matrix’s products in line with current best practice. The application Specialist takes into account the objectives and goals of the clients and advises them on how to configure and use Health Matrix’s products in order to meet these objectives.

The prime responsibility will be the implementation of Health Matrix Products. • Handling of the data gathering and collection phase in the implementations, and providing the consultancy part.
• Understand the project requirements, as well as, understand the user/customer requirements, the clinical requirements in particular.
• System build and configuration (code tables, screens, and reports) and participate in system testing process.
• Provide a professional training delivery based on the training departments adopted delivery standard.
• Design training courses and programs necessary to meet training needs.

• Bachelor degree of computer science or any clinical field.
• 2+ years of experience in the IT healthcare.
• Good interpersonal and communications skills.

All employees must be legally authorized to work in Saudi Arabia, with the following conditions:

• Valid and transferable IQAMA.
• Ability to travel within Saudi Arabia and GCC countries.
