Senior Specialist - Healthcare System Design

This role will focus on the strategic design and implementation of innovative healthcare systems that align with our vision of creating a world-class healthcare environment.

• Lead the design and development of healthcare systems and facilities that meet user needs and comply with relevant regulations and standards.
• Conduct thorough analysis and research on best practices in healthcare system design, integrating lessons learned from other successful projects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including healthcare professionals, architects, and project managers, to ensure designs reflect the latest advancements in healthcare delivery.
• Develop comprehensive design documentation, including specifications, drawings, and guidelines for healthcare facilities.
• Engage with stakeholders to gather input and feedback on design proposals, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and community needs.
• Stay informed on healthcare trends, technologies, and innovations to incorporate cutting-edge solutions into design projects.
• Oversee the implementation of design plans, providing expertise and direction throughout the construction and operational phases.
• Assist in the development and iteration of design concepts for emerging healthcare programs, adapting to evolving requirements.

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Healthcare Design, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in healthcare system design or a related field.
