We are seeking a skilled and guest-focused Massage Therapist to join the team at our award-winning luxury hotel spa in Dubai. You will deliver exceptional treatment experiences, uphold the highest standards of hygiene and service, and contribute to our spa's commercial success through expert consultations and retail recommendations.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform a variety of massage and body treatments (e.g., Swedish, Deep Tissue, Aromatherapy, Hot Stone) adhering to established brand protocols and safety standards.

Conduct professional guest consultations to understand needs, recommend suitable therapies, and ensure a personalized wellness journey.

Maintain impeccable cleanliness and sanitation of treatment rooms, equipment, and linens before and after each guest.

Actively promote and achieve retail sales targets for spa products and upsell additional treatment services.

Accurately document treatment records and guest preferences in the spa management system.

Assist with general spa operations, including guest orientation, locker room checks, and inventory management as required.

Uphold a serene, tranquil, and welcoming spa atmosphere at all times.

Requirements:

Certification: Valid International Diploma in Massage Therapy (minimum 500 training hours). CIDESCO, CIBTAC, or ITEC certification is a significant advantage.

Experience: Proven experience of at least 2 years in a similar role within a 5-star hotel, luxury spa, or premium wellness clinic.

Skills:

Proficiency in a wide range of massage modalities.

Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.

Basic sales ability and comfort in recommending products.

Strong understanding of anatomy, physiology, and contraindications.

Physical stamina and ability to stand for extended periods.

Language: Fluency in English (written and spoken). Knowledge of Arabic or Russian is highly desirable.

Personal Attributes: Professional appearance, pleasant demeanor, discreet, and a strong team player.

Mandatory Pre-employment Checks:

Must pass a comprehensive medical fitness test (including drug screening).

Must provide a valid Certificate of Good Conduct (Police Clearance).

Must hold a valid passport.
