The IRD (In-Room Dining) Waiter is responsible for delivering food and beverage orders to guest rooms in a timely, courteous, and professional manner. This role ensures guest satisfaction by providing high-quality service, maintaining hygiene standards, and creating a personalized dining experience within the guest’s room.

• Previous experience in food & beverage service, preferably in a hotel environment.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Knowledge of basic food and beverage service standards.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
