The IRD Captain Waiter oversees in-room dining service operations, ensuring efficient delivery of food and beverage orders to guest rooms. This position combines leadership, guest service, and coordination with kitchen and service teams to provide a high-quality, personalized in-room dining experience.

• Previous experience as an IRD waiter; experience as Captain Waiter is an advantage.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to coordinate a team and lead by example.
• Good knowledge of food & beverage service standards.
• Familiarity with POS systems and basic billing procedures.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
• Professional appearance and excellent grooming standards.
