We are now seeking an experienced Outdoor Banquet Manager to lead our outside catering operations and ensure flawless event execution.

The Outdoor Banquet Manager will oversee all outside catering activities, lead buffet teams, and ensure every event runs smoothly from setup to breakdown. This role requires strong leadership, problem‑solving abilities, and a solid background in hospitality or event operations.

• Serve as the main on-site point of contact for customers, ensuring a premium client experience.
• Lead, supervise, and motivate the buffet team to deliver seamless, high‑quality service.
• Oversee complete event operations, including setup, service flow, live stations, and teardown.
• Ensure exceptional food presentation, buffet arrangements, and hospitality standards.
• Resolve operational challenges quickly and effectively during events.
• Manage and monitor catering inventory, equipment, and supplies.
• Maintain strict hygiene, safety, and service protocols throughout all events.
• Coordinate closely with kitchen, logistics, and sales teams to ensure smooth preparation and execution.

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or a related field (preferred but not required with strong experience).
• Minimum 6 years of experience in catering, hospitality, or event operations.
• Experience working in Riyadh is highly preferred.
• Proven ability to manage teams and lead high‑pressure operations.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Valid driving license; owning a car is an advantage.
• Ability to work under pressure and thrive in fast‑paced environments.
