Role OverviewAs a banquet chef de partie, your expertise lies in executing culinary techniques with precision, ensuring that flavors are harmoniously balanced and presentation is aesthetically pleasing. You play a pivotal role in maintaining consistency across all dishes prepared within the banquet setting. Your adherence to established standards guarantees that guests receive exceptional culinary experiences, leaving them satisfied and delighted. By strictly following recipes, you ensure that each dish reaches its full potential, showcasing the skilful artistry behind them.
Attention to detail is paramount in your role: you meticulously oversee every stage of food preparation, from sourcing ingredients to final plating, ensuring that quality remains at its peak throughout the entire cooking process. Your dedication to perfection translates into creating dining experiences that exceed expectations; guests can rest assured that every dish served will be executed flawlessly.

Food & BeverageThe hotel offers three exceptional restaurant venues, collectively offering a seating capacity of 250 guests. Our event facilities, with a mix of Ballroom and Meeting Rooms, offer a remarkable 7,213 square meters of space, making them the perfect choice for a wide range of events.
SPA and WellnessOur world-class spa offers an array of indulgence across 8 treatment rooms for male guests and 1 treatment room designed exclusively for female guests. The spa department boasts a diverse and dedicated team of 25 colleagues, all united in their mission to provide exceptional service to our esteemed guests.
Knowledge and Skills- 3 years relevant experience with Oriental Food (Arabic Food)
- Experience of kitchen equipment
- Experience of dangerous equipment such as knives
- Understandable level of English spoken and written
- Level 2 Health and Safety in the Workplace Award
- Level 3 Food Safety Awards
- Knowledge and ability to run a section
- Ability to work without close supervision
- Ability to manage Commis Chefs
- Ability to produce good quality food in all sections
- Good oral communication
- Team management skills
- High level of attention to details
- Good level of numeracy
