Bonafide is seeking an experienced Head of Guest Services to support the delivery of two world‑class international equestrian events in AlUla, Saudi Arabia (Jan–Feb 2026).

This is a senior, on‑site operational role at the heart of luxury sport delivery, working across VIP, sponsor, media and hospitality guest experiences in a unique desert and heritage environment.

Reporting into senior project leadership, the Head of Guest Services will be responsible for the end‑to‑end guest journey
, translating creative intent into a calm, seamless and impeccably managed experience on the ground.

The role spans:

• A luxury, invitation‑only polo event with a strong emphasis on VIP protocol, premium hospitality and brand experience
• A large‑scale international endurance race
  , requiring a clear, functional and safety‑led guest services approach

• Own and oversee VIP, premium, sponsor and media guest journeys
• Lead guest arrivals, meet‑and‑greet and front‑of‑house operations
• Coordinate closely with protocol, operations, security, production and F&B teams
• Manage hospitality lounges, premium viewing areas and guest flow
• Resolve guest‑facing issues discreetly and decisively
• Lead daily briefings, reporting and on‑site coordination
• Provide senior hospitality oversight across both events

• Proven experience in luxury sport, major events, or high‑end hospitality delivery
• Confident operating in VIP, protocol‑sensitive environments
• Calm, authoritative and highly organised under pressure
• Comfortable working on‑site in remote / desert locations
• Available for January–February 2026

• Flights, accommodation, transfers and per diems provided
• On‑site, operationally embedded role
• International team and high‑profile stakeholder environment
