Head Hostess

This is a full-time on-site role located in the Riyadh Region for a Head Hostess at Ziba, a fine dining Persian restaurant. The Head Hostess will be responsible for welcoming and seating guests, managing reservations, and ensuring a smooth and delightful dining experience for all patrons. Additional responsibilities include directing and assisting the hosting team, handling guest queries, and maintaining a high standard of customer service excellence.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with guests and staff
• Proficiency in managing reservations and maintaining an organized seating plan
• Exceptional customer service and phone etiquette to ensure guest satisfaction
• Leadership capabilities and the ability to guide a team effectively
• Ability to remain professional and composed during high-pressure situations
• Prior experience in a similar role, particularly in a fine dining or hospitality environment, is a plus
