We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Payroll Specialist to manage end-to-end payroll processing for employees in Saudi Arabia. The role ensures accurate, timely payroll execution in full compliance with Saudi Labor Law
, GOSI
, WPS
, and company policies. The ideal candidate will work closely with HR and Finance to maintain payroll accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process monthly payroll for employees in Saudi Arabia accurately and on time
  • Ensure compliance with Saudi Labor Law
    , GOSI
    , and WPS (Wage Protection System) requirements
  • Calculate salaries, allowances, overtime, bonuses, deductions, end-of-service benefits (EOSB), and leave balances
  • Manage GOSI registration, updates, and monthly contributions
  • Handle employee payroll queries professionally and confidentially
  • Prepare payroll reports, variance analysis, and management summaries
  • Coordinate with Finance for payroll posting, reconciliation, and audits
  • Maintain and update employee payroll records, contracts, and bank details
  • Support payroll audits and ensure proper documentation and controls
  • Process final settlements, resignations, terminations, and EOSB calculations
  • Stay updated on changes in Saudi labor and payroll regulations
Qualifications & Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, HR, or a related field
  • 3–4 years of payroll experience
    , preferably within Saudi Arabia
  • Strong knowledge of Saudi Labor Law
    , GOSI
    , and WPS
  • Experience with payroll systems and ERP software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Odoo, or similar)
  • High attention to detail and strong numerical skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
  • Proficient in MS Excel and payroll reporting tools
