JASARA PMC is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager of People Operations to lead our HR functions and oversee the implementation of our people strategy across the organization. This pivotal role requires a strategic thinker with the ability to drive operational effectiveness while fostering a culture of high performance, collaboration, and engagement.

As the Senior Manager of People Operations, you will be responsible for refining HR processes, enhancing employee experience, and ensuring the alignment of HR initiatives with business objectives. You will oversee various HR functions including talent management, employee relations, performance management, and organizational development. You will be instrumental in supporting the workforce by providing strategic guidance to both HR team members and leadership.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the People Operations team, providing direction and support to ensure the effective delivery of HR services.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive HR policies and procedures that align with organizational goals and comply with local regulations.
  • Manage talent acquisition strategies, onboarding, and retention efforts to attract and retain high-caliber talent.
  • Conduct regular analysis of HR metrics and trends to inform people strategy and business decisions.
  • Support employee engagement and development initiatives, fostering a positive work environment.
  • Provide coaching and advisory support to management on performance management and employee relations matters.
  • Collaborate with other departments to promote a cohesive approach to people management and organizational development.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master's degree or HR professional certification is preferred.
  • A minimum of 7-10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of HR best practices, employment law, and compliance requirements.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a proven track record in managing HR operations effectively.
  • Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and inspire at all levels of the organization.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Experience working in the construction or infrastructure sector is an advantage.
