Overview
HR Manager (Saudi National Only)
Our client currently has about 70 staff in KSA and aims to increase the team, with most current staff being expatriates. They have targets to Saudize the workforce to 55%.
Responsibilities- Manage HR operations in KSA with one direct report.
- Lead recruitment, provide general HR advice, and manage employment contracts.
- Coordinate reporting to head office and ensure compliance with local processes.
- Utilize prior PRO/GRO experience and demonstrate tenacity, resilience, and the ability to work under pressure.
- Support training and development to build leadership capabilities.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in HR.
- Prior PRO/GRO experience with a good understanding of local labor legislation, employment contracts, and iqama processes and procedures.
- Self-motivated with a hands-on approach to HR operations.
